How we look after information shared with the House.
This notice explains how we use details provided through this pre-launch website. Privacy information should be understandable, so we have kept it clear.

If you submit an expression of interest, we collect the preferred name or pseudonym you provide, your selected circle of interest, email address, adult confirmation, and whether you asked to hear when applications open. We do not currently ask for identity documents or payment details on this site.
We use enquiry details to consider and respond to expressions of interest, to maintain the adult-only position of the preview and, where you opt in, to send a future update about applications. We rely on legitimate interests to handle an expression of interest and consent for optional follow-up emails.
Form submissions are processed through Formspree and delivered to the House email inbox. Our website host and email provider may also process information to operate and secure the service. We do not sell or rent personal information. If payments are introduced in future, this notice will be updated before payment details are collected.
We keep expressions of interest for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to remove them sooner or we need to keep them for a shorter period. Optional follow-up consent can be withdrawn at any time by emailing us.
You can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to its use. You may withdraw optional email consent at any time. If you remain unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
The preview uses session storage to remember the adult-confirmation choice during your visit. This is not retained after the browser session ends. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for any consent required.
We may update this notice as the House develops. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
